This study presents a research-based analysis of the rights and duties of children and servants within the framework of Islamic teachings. Islam places great emphasis on justice, compassion, and responsibility in all human relationships, including those involving dependents such as children and domestic workers. The Qur’ān and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) provide comprehensive guidance on ensuring their dignity, welfare, and fair treatment.
The research examines the حقوق of children, including their right to proper upbringing, education, nourishment, protection, and moral guidance, alongside their duties toward parents such as obedience, respect, and care. It further explores the status of servants and domestic workers in Islam, highlighting principles of kindness, fair wages, humane treatment, and the prohibition of ظلم and exploitation.
