Abstract

 Shaikh Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibni Ismail Al Bukhari is almost believed on authentic sources of correct narration commentaries of narraters there are many interpretations of Sahih Al Bukhari ,which depended by Mohaddiseen. One of them is Ghunyat-Al-Qari written by Shaikh Muhammad Abdul khaliq Al Bajauri . This has many chapter which are included in interpretation. In one of them, he mentioned the terms of logic ,mysticism, principles of jurisprudence ,ilmul -Maani ,Bayan ,Badie. He rejected misguided secrets without authentic proofs. He mentioned the defrence among the juristics and aurgment of four imams ,and frefere the most correct statement and gave arguments and frefere the fiqha hanfi on the bace of arguments. In this paper there will be a compact discussion about the matter of according to sharia and how we can abstent inappropriate activities in our matters.
