Abstract

It highlights the balance between individual rights and communal responsibilities, demonstrating how Islamic ethical principles are interwoven with legal, moral, and social norms. The research employs a descriptive-analytical methodology, drawing upon classical commentaries and modern scholarly interpretations to provide a nuanced understanding of the moral imperatives presented in Sahih Muslim.
