Abstract

Human rights were chained to humanity for centuries. Human rights have been suspended in every age. Cain was the first to announce the usurpation of human rights by strangling Abel. After that, sometimes human rights are seen burning in the fire of Nimrod and sometimes the body of human rights is seen floating in the river Nile. Sometimes human rights are seen dancing in Jamshidi court and sometimes human rights body is burnt on sati pyre in India sometimes it is buried alive on the ground of Arabia and sometimes human rights body is scratched in the fire pit of Zoroastrianism. Sometimes the skin of humanity is pulled in the massacre of fascism and sometimes there are those who suppress human rights with the bombing of Nazism. In this article, the conflict of fundamental rights has been examined in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
