The Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) provides an ideal example of balanced humor, which was not only a source of delight but also a means of moral training and social betterment.In the modern era, recreational activities have expanded through various mediums, including media, film, drama, and social media, many of which promote unethical trends and moral decline. Therefore, it is crucial to develop and promote entertainment content that aligns with Islamic values.Islamic lifestyle offers numerous avenues for healthy recreation, such as sports, travel, literary gatherings, and family entertainment. To foster balanced humor, education, media promotion of positive content, and the formation of recreational activities in accordance with Islamic ethics are essential.By promoting humor and recreation based on Islamic principles, a balanced society can be established that not only provides mental peace and joy but also ensures ethical, spiritual, and social benefits.
