This paper investigates about the cultural study of the bridal shower and various Western wedding rituals and its impact on the society. It discovers these events from a variety of descripectives and non-critical perspectives, focusing on the structure, entertaining aspects, and social significance of the work. The bridal shower, a pre-wedding event usually renowned in Western civilizations for the bride, is studied in terms of its themes, games, events, food, and beverages, all of which highlight its festive and symbolic nature. Following the bridal shower section, the paper provides a detailed overview of widely practiced Western wedding customs such as bouquet tossing, exchange of rings, the bride’s white gown, bachelor and bachelorette parties, the tradition of wedding cakes, the bridal veil, and symbolic gestures like carrying the bride across the threshold. These rituals are discussed with attention to their historical roots, cultural meanings, and symbolic elements. This study does not include any religious or legal commentary and avoids any evaluative or critical judgment. Rather, it aims to offer informative insight into the traditions and cultural framework of modern Western wedding practices. The research is designed to benefit readers, especially students, who seek a neutral and comprehensive understanding of wedding celebrations and their cultural expressions in contemporary Western societies.
