HADAIQ AL-ANWAR WA MATALIA AL-ASRAR__A RESEARCH ANALYSIS OF ITS STYLE AND FEATURES

Abstract

This research is basically on the analysis of style and features of Sirah book named Hadaiq al-Anwar wa Matalia al-Asrar by Allama  Bahraq.This Book contains only one volume.The authorship of this book is disputed.Shaykh Abdullah Ibrahim Ansari attributed this book to scholor Ibn al-Dayba al-Shaybani but according to the research of Dar-ul-Minhaj this book is written by Allama Bahraq and this appears to be the most reasonable assumption.Generally, Sirah writers rely on historical literature.However, Allama Bahraq attempted to present the sirah within the framework of hadith. Hadaiq al-Anwar wa Matalia al-Asrar holds a unique status among Sirah literature due to its distinctive methodology and concise style.Moreover,the research methodology employed in this study is narrative.
