Abstract

The Rightly Guided Caliphs were not a divine class, but rather these gentlemen were the embodiment of knowledge, action, truthfulness and honesty. Their knowledge, jurisprudence and trustworthiness were unparalleled. Their words and actions are proof and guidance for the Ummah. Studying their life and character, following them and following their knowledge is the best solution to the unsolved problems of the present era. In this regard, the jurisprudential and legislative aspects of the works of the Companions are undoubtedly of utmost importance. The third source of Sharia after the Quran and Sunnah is Ijtihad, and the most authentic and greatest Ijtihad in the chapter of Ijtihad is that of the Companions. Therefore, their Ijtihads are systematically, systematically compiled and analyzed, and their analysis and interpretation is a basic need for understanding religion. Similarly, in order to understand the ijtihads of the four Imams of the four schools of thought, it is very important to understand their mutual differences, one of the basic foundations of which is the differences of their teachers, and the Companions are their teachers through one or two means. Therefore, the more deeply and deeply one looks at the works of the Companions, the easier it will be to understand jurisprudence well and the ability to understand scholarly differences and make ijtihads on modern issues will be developed. In the present writing, selected issues of beliefs and faiths have been discussed in the light of the Asaar of Khulafa e Rashedeen, one of the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
